Introduction: Presently, the development of effective vaccines against SARS-CoV-2 is absolutely necessary, especially regarding emerging new variants that cause increasing fatalities. Methods: In present study we designed a mosaic vaccine targeting mutational spike protein coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) using bioinformatics approach. Various immunoinformatics tools were utilized to provide highest potential for could activate immune responses COVID-19. Results: The evaluation constructed revealed it antigenic and immunogenic as well nonallergenic. physicochemical properties also show promising characteristics, including being highly stable hydrophilic. As expected, shows strong interactions with several important receptors angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE)2, Toll-like receptor (TLR)3 TLR8 by lowest energy level, docking score binding free energy. binds via certain amino acids various types salt bridges, hydrogen bonds other means. shown in computationally derived models, promote activation response eliciting release cytokines, antibodies, memory B T cells, natural killer cell dendrite counts. Conclusion: Therefore, novel be considered candidate immediate production stem continuing tragic effects COVID-19 pandemic.
